• Our business hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard
Time Monday-Friday.
• Orders received by 3:30 p.m. EST for in stock items will be
shipped that day.

Orders shipped by
UPS or FedEx ground unless special shipping instructions are requested.
• Freight is free on single destination orders over $200.00 pre-tax.

Paper Products, Equipment, and Special Orders) Account
must be current to receive free shipping!
• When shipping C.O.D., the C.O.D. fee is added to invoice.

Special offer does not apply to the following brands: Dr.

must be the same as those purchased.
Billing & Credit:
• Statements are mailed at the end of each month, which reflect
a summation of all payments and open invoices.
• Terms are Net thirty days (For established customers only) (Terms
for first-time orders listed below)
• A 1.5% service fee is charged on all balances over thirty days
(18% per year). We reserve the right to hold shipments on delinquent
accounts.

Terms
for First-Time Orders:
• First time orders are shipped C.O.D., Master Card, Visa, American
Express, or Discover to establish credit. If C.O.D. or Credit Card
are not possible, three trade references are required.
• If you are placing an order for the first time with THCP,
someone will contact you regarding establishing credit with THCP.
Returned Goods: (See
details on customer returns versus order discrepancies and damage)
• Prior authorization is required for all returned goods.
• Credit
is issued upon receipt of goods at our warehouse in good condition.
Non-defective merchandise returned with damaged or defaced packaging
is subject to a 20% repackaging fee.
• Custom
or special orders are not returnable for credit. Naugahyde bolsters
and wedges have a 50% restocking fee.
CUSTOMER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES: (For
returns on merchandise received correctly and in good condition)
• We are committed to quality service. If you are unsatisfied
for any reason, you can return the merchandise within thirty days
without a restocking fee. After thirty days, returned goods are
subject to manufacturer’s restocking fees. No returns will
be accepted after one year.
• We will refund or credit the original purchase price of
the items you wish to return. The original shipping charges are
not refundable.
• If necessary, THCP will mail you a pre-addressed UPS return
label. Package your return and seal it securely with tape and affix
the label to the box. Give the package to a UPS driver or take it
to a UPS drop-off location. Upon receipt of your return, the cost
of the return label will be deducted from your merchandise credit
or refund.
ORDER
DISCREPANCIES AND DAMAGE:
• Please examine your order carefully upon arrival. If an
error was made please call THCP to make arrangements to correct
the error. We will ship and bill for the correct product and there
will be no additional shipping charges. We will credit the original
purchase price of the returned items upon receipt.
• Damage
or discrepancies must be reported to THCP within 10 business days.
• If you
receive a package that is damaged, have the driver note the damage
or shortages on your delivery receipt. Please do not discard the
carton or packing material from any damaged shipment, as it may
be required for filing a claim.
